It's the new Facebook By Fonetwish which allows you to use Facebook for free on your device without any data charges.
Just dial *325# and follow the steps by logging in.
It's interface is not good for normal mobile phones but it looks good on other touch, HTC and iPhones, as they have larger screens.
If you want to deactivate it, simply dial*325*22# from your mobile device and you'll be unsubscribed from that service.
